On a periodic basis management arrange an onsite tool box talk on Equal Opportunities and Discrimination and how to diffuse heat of the moment issues that could arise underlining our personal responsibility not to discriminate.
We ensure that we are all aware on how we deal with clients, suppliers, and all members of the public that we come into contact with in dealing in all aspects of our business operations. Our workforce, staff and management are made aware of the policy. The Directors review operations of the business every three months and this policy along with others are reviewed regularly. |
